Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner has shared an inside look at his basic training routine ahead of major competitions, emphasizing that he prepares alongside his team.

“Success is the chance to say thank you to everyone who helped you achieve it,” he said in his YouTube vlog after winning the 2025 Australian Open. The Italian star credited his victory to hard work and dedication, highlighting the role of his team, family, and fans.

Sinner emphasized that preparation starts long before stepping onto the court: “Winning a trophy lasts only three days, but all the other time I spend training, shaping my true self.”

His training includes a combination of strength and cardio workouts to maintain peak physical condition, as well as essential recovery routines. Sports massage, performed 24–48 hours before a match, helps improve circulation, reduce injury risks, and prepare muscles for intense competition.

However, Sinner acknowledges that mental preparation is just as crucial. In his vlog, he revealed that finding balance through relaxation is a key part of his approach. Whether it’s riding a golf cart with friends or taking a break from training, he ensures he stays in the right mindset.

Now, after his Melbourne victory, Sinner is preparing for his next challenge — the ATP 500 tournament in Doha, running from February 17 to 22. Despite his demanding schedule, he remains focused on continuous improvement while appreciating those who support him along the way.
